These Terms of Service govern your use of Field Efficient at fieldefficient.com.au. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. Your tester identity is tied to your authenticated profile and must not be shared.

Subscriptions and billing

Field Efficient is offered on paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business) billed through Stripe. New accounts include a 14-day free trial; there is no free tier. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; cancellation stops future renewals. Token top-ups are one-off purchases.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other organisations’ data, or use it unlawfully.

Your data

You own the data you enter. You grant us the rights necessary to process it to provide the service (including the AI processing described in our Privacy Policy).

Compliance disclaimer

Field Efficient is a documentation, recording, and reporting tool. It does not certify compliance and is not a substitute for the professional judgement of a licensed tester. You are responsible for the validity of the tests you perform and the accuracy of the reports you generate and issue.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Field Efficient is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
